What themes can you accommodate?
This is limited only by your imagination! We work closely with you to discuss your exact requirements, or can put together a proposal to present to you and your colleagues
How many guests can I invite?
This is limited by the venue size, but we have held events with over 200 guests, and could easily entertain more in a large enough hall
How much does it all cost?
The cost of an event will vary according to many factors, including location, number of performers, props and themeing required and duration. To request a quote, Contact us
Can we video and photograph the event?
We don't mind photographs being taken [except where they are not permitted by the venue] but we do not allow unrestricted videoing of our events, although we can provide a full video and photography service if required
What do you provide?
Our events are designed to provide as much or as little as you require. For example, it is pointless bringing Tudor themeing to a 16th century country house! What we guarantee is that we will provide something that will suit your budget, guests and ideas by giving you a 'pick and mix' of ideas to choose from
When are you paid?
We ask for a [non-refundable] deposit to secure the booking and cover initial expenses, the balance is then paid in advance or on the night at the latest
Are your events suitable for children?
Our murder mysteries would be suitable for teenagers. If you wish to include younger children in your event, then please us know, and the scenario will be tailored accordingly. Our themed events are usually provided for adults because they are corporate, but we have created many successful family days, which include children of all ages

What should I tell my caterers to do in a murder mystery? Won't they be interrupted by all the goings on?
Ask the caterers to act as if it were a normal dinner. The performers will fit around them. Our plots are specially designed to give the chef total control
How far in advance can I book you?
It depends what time of year you are booking us for. Some times of the year are quieter than others, but we do have a large professional team and can cover most dates
Obviously, the more notice we have, the better, but we aim to be able to accommodate events with as little as three weeks notice. Any less than that, and we'll certainly see what we can do. Our shortest notice for a murder mystery so far is 6 hours!
Do I have to have a dinner at a murder mystery?
Not at all. We can structure the event around anything - karaoke, quiz nights, party games, scavenger hunts, treasure hunts, dancing, meetings, ten-pin bowling. We have had 3 or 4 course dinners, pizza deliveries, fish and chip vans parked outside the venue or no food at all!
